i offer many different options to help you achieve your goals and find your confidence. whether you're a member of a gym and want some 1:1 support, prefer to train in your living room, or want some online support with your programming, i'm confident i can offer something that suits your needs!


1:1 personal training


hybrid personal training

1 session: £30

5 sessions: £135

10 sessions: £250

regular 1:1 PT sessions plus personalised programming for the sessions you train solo and ongoing support

1 session per week: £150 per month 

2 sessions per week: £250 per month


online coaching



a more budget friendly option if you want effective programming and guidance to help you reach your goals without 1:1 coaching.


online coaching: £50 per month
